Advantages of Binary Options
What are Some of the Advantages of Binary Options Trading?
Binary Options are a trading tool, which allow you to get a high return on trades in a short time period.
For example, if you place a trade of $100 by creating a 'Call' option (estimating the stock price will go up by the expiration time).
At the time of expiration, the stock went up by 0.00001%, meaning the stock is now worth $100.00001.
In a regular European option all you would get for you time risk and money is less than one cent! This is where binary options differ.
By trading in binary options you'll get 60%-81% as long as it expires 'In the Money', no matter how much that same stock went up!
This advantage comes into play because of the short-term trading nature of a binary option.
Why are Binary Options Less Risky than Forex Trading?
Not only do you have the ability for higher returns with binary option trading, there is also no leverage nor need to deal with 'stop loss' conditions and other tools to hedge your money.
This is because there's no way for you to lose more than what you deposited in the first place.
With the forex market, every time you enter into a trade you risk the entire amount of money in your trading account, while with binary options your risk is always limited to the amount you committed to that specific trade.
In fact, many of EZTrader’s options gives you back up to 5% of the amount even if the options is 'out of the money' at the time of expiration.
What are the Advantages to Currency Binary Options Trading as Opposed to Forex Sites?
Currency binary options are much safer than forex platforms as you get a high return on your money.
There is also no leverage nor need to deal with 'stop loss' conditions and other tools to hedge your money.
That’s one of the advantages - there's no way to lose more than what you deposited in the first place.

How Do I Follow My Trades?
The executed trade will be added to 'My Open Trades' on the sidebar for monitoring until it expires. It is also available under the “My Account” -> “My Trades” section.
Is There a Minimum Amount per Trade?
The minimum amount per trade is 30.
Is There a Maximum Amount per Trade?
The maximum amount per single trade is 2000, however, you may have up to 4000 on a single option in two separate trades (so you are allowed, for example have both 2000 on a “Call”, and 2000 on a “Put” on the same security, or any
other combination you wish). You are also allowed a total of 8000 on trades for the same expiration period among several securities but not more than 4000 per security in either direction, per expiration period.
Can I Acquire the Same Option Multiple Times?
Yes! You can acquire the same option up to 4 times. As you become a more skilled binary option trader, you will find out that trading the same option multiple times is an excellent way to maximize your returns but not over
4000 in total for the security per expiration period.
Does That Mean I Can Acquire the Same Option 4 times, for 2000 each?
No. You are limited to a total maximum of 4000 per single option. You can own more than 4000 worth of different options simultaneously (i.e. 4000 on Microsoft and 4000 on Google) but you can only own 4000 worth of any single option (i.e. Microsoft).
What is the Closing Price?
For exchange based options (for example ”MSFT”- the Microsoft stock in Nasdaq):
The closing price is the average of the last price, the ask price and the bid price of the security at the expiration time.
For instance, if the underlying security is MSFT, the expiration time is 16:00, the last price at 16:00 is 27.06, the ask is 27.08 and the bid is 27.05,
the closing price is the average between the last, bid and ask prices or 27.063
(please note: times are based on US eastern standard time – EST - which can be seen on the official Nasdaq clock on the top of every page).
For currencies (for example "USD/EUR"):
The closing price is based on the average between the bid and the ask prices of the exchange rate at the time of expiration.
The currency price is provided by
Xignite and is an aggregate of prices traded in banks around the world.

Bonuses
Are There Any Special Terms and Conditions for Bonus Amounts?
Occasionally EZTrader offers bonus promotions via e-mail or on our homepage. The bonus is a great tool to increase your profits - here is what you need to do:
The bonuses are applied to your account the following business day after you deposit. To receive the bonus in your account, you need to reach the deposit amount required, however - it can be over several transactions during the business day.
You may participate in the bonus multiple times during the day and receive multiple bonuses. However, you may not receive a bonus for a deposit when at the same time you have a pending withdrawal.
Once the bonus is received, you need to trade the value of your deposit + bonus 5 times. This means, if you deposited 200.00 and received a bonus of 50.00 you need trades in the value of 1250 before you can withdraw funds from your account (so just 5 times the value of your deposit + bonus).
For volume calculations, having both a call and a put on the same option for the same expiration period only counts as a single trade. Selloption transactions will not be counted for the volume needed to be filled in order to withdraw the bonus.
After you have reached the required trading volume (our live chat and phone support team is always happy to advise you of your status) you will be able to withdraw any amount in your account without any restrictions.
If you wish to withdraw earlier, you may request the bonus to be removed at any time, which will allow you to withdraw whenever you want, so there is no risk for you.
You may participate in the bonus as many times as you want and withdraw from your account each time you reach the trading volume.
Our conditions are always very fair and simple - we want you to enjoy the bonus and know this is a great opportunity to enjoy a great return.

What is SellOption?
Some of our options include the revolutionary SellOption feature, which allows you to sell your option back to EZTrader, at a time of your choice (from the time you enter the trade until lockdown).
How do I use SellOption?
After you execute your trade you can follow it on the right pane of your screen or under the "My Trades" section. In options which feature SellOption, a link will appear allowing you to click and receive an offer from EZTrader, at what price we are willing to purchase the option back from you.
How is SellOption different compared to Stop Loss?
SellOption is a completely different tool. Stop Loss, mainly in forex markets, allows you to define the amount you are willing to lose at which point a position is closed. In binary options – this is not needed as you know that two possible outcomes ahead of executing the option. SellOption, allows you to sell your option before the designated expiration time and receive a payout based on current market conditions, helping you to maximize your position.
What are the Steps of Using SellOption?
First, identify which option features SellOption - an option which has the feature enabled will have the logo by the option name.

Once you execute a trade as you would normally do, you can follow it on the right pane of your screen.
If you wish to sell your option to EZTrader before expiry, simply click on the SellOption button.

You will be offered a quote, valid for 10 seconds to sell your option. If you wish to sell the option,
simply approve the sale. The funds will reflect in your account instantly.
